Remove all perishables including those in the refrigerator

Wipe down inside of refrigerator

Rinse coffee pot and empty filter

Run and leave an EMPTY dishwasher for next guest – please no wood items or

metal knives in dishwasher

Launder used towels (leave no wet towels)

Empty all inside garbage baskets and take all garbage with you - please replace garbage bags.

Empty and remove outside garbage and recycle can -replace garbage bags

Clean sheets and make beds

Sweep floor

Wipe counters and tables

Lock doors

Close and lock windows

Turn off all heaters

Turn off all lights

Turn off hot water heater at fuse box

Close fireplace damper (make sure no embers are still burning)

Plug in Ring Cameras
